Price modifications and property availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Consultancy & Brokerage Terms

Standard consultancy and brokerage terms apply to real estate transactions as agreed upon between buyers, tenants, owners, and EKTA Real Estate Bhopal (Est. 2019).

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, M.P.
